中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司(简称“中国航发商发”，AECCCAE，以下称“商发公司”)成立于2009年1月18日，是由中国航空工业集团公司(注：2016年1月27日经国务院批准，中国航空工业集团公司所持公司股权换转至新成立的中国航空发动机集团有限公司)与上海烟草集团有限责任公司、上海电气(集团)总公司、上海国盛(集团)有限公司共同出资组建的股份多元化企业，位于上海市莲花南路3998号，注册资本60亿元，主要从事商用飞机动力装置及其相关产品的设计、研制、生产、总装、试验、销售、维修、服务、技术开发和技术咨询等业务。商发公司下设研发中心、总装试车中心、大修中心、客户服务中心。AECCCommercialAircraftEngineCo.,Ltd(hereinafterreferredasAECCCAE)wasformedonJanuary18,2009,jointlybyAVICGroup(AVICGrouphadtransferreditssharetoAECCGroupJanuary17,2016,approvedbytheStateCouncil),ShanghaiTobaccoGroup,ShanghaiElectricGroupandShanghaiGuoshengGroup,andislocatedat3998,SouthLianhuaRoad,Shanghai,ChinawitharegisteredcapitalofRMB6billion.AECCCAEisprimarilyengagedinthepropulsionsystemofthecommercialaircraftanditsrelevantproducts,carryingonthedesigning,developing,manufacturing,assembling,testing,marketing,servicingandconsultingactivites.AECCCAEhasestablished4technologycenters,namelyDesign,Research&DevelopmentCenter,Assembly&TestingCenter,MROCenterandCustomerServiceCenter.作为高新技术企业，商发公司2012年8月获批上海市首批海外高层次人才创新创业基地，2013年3月获批***海外高层次人才创新创业基地，2015年9月获批博士后科研工作站，2015年12月通过BV认证获得AS9001C证书，2015年11月获批上海市院士专家工作站。Ashigh-techenterprise,AECCCAEhasbeenapprovedtobetheinnovationandentrepreneurshipbaseforthefirstbatchofShanghaioverseashigh-leveltalentsinAugust2012,theinnovationandentrepreneurshipbasefornationaloverseashigh-leveltalentinMarch2013,postdoctoralresearchcenterinSeptember2015,ShanghaiacademicianexpertworkstationinNovember2015,andhasobtainedAS9001CcertificatethroughBVcertificationinDecember2015.商发公司以“提供商用大涵道比涡扇发动机系列产品及相应服务”为使命，以“成为商用航空发动机全球主制造商之一”为愿景，秉承“责任、包容、开放、共赢”的价值观，构建商用航空发动机的总体集成与产品取证能力、供应链全面管控能力、市场营销与客户服务能力、产业市场化整合资源能力、产业国际化运作管理能力五大核心能力，打造强劲“中国心”,助推“中国梦”。ThemissionofAECCCAEistoprovideseriesofhighbypassratiocommercialturbofanaero-engineproductsandservices.ThevisionofAECCCAEistobecomeoneofthemajorglobalcommercialaero-engineOEMs.AECCCAEadherestothevaluesofresponsibility,inclusiveness,open,andcollaboration.AECCCAEaimstodevelopthecapabilitiesinfivecoreareas:aero-engineintegrationandcertification,supplychainmanagement,marketingandcustomerservice,businessresourceintegration,andglobaloperationmanagement.
